We founded the company in 2024 and have gotten off to an exceptional start. Since LRM Aesthetics, Inc., the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, launched ariessence ® pure PDGF+, its professional-use topical product designed for use in aesthetic procedures in 2024, its market acceptance and revenue growth has been extraordinary. Further positioning LRM for growth, in early 2025 LRM acquired Regranex®, an FDA-approved product indicated for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers from Smith & Nephew, Inc.,

as part of its broader regenerative medicine portfolio. LRM Wound Care, Inc., the company’s wholly owned subsidiary focused on regenerative therapeutic medicine in wound care, is planning to relaunch Regranex® Gel in 2026 and is developing other indications for PDGF-based products.

We are seeking an exceptional, hands on, experienced Digital Marketing professional to serve as our Director of Digital Marketing. The Director of Digital Marketing will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing initiatives to drive patient acquisition, brand engagement, and revenue growth. This role blends performance marketing expertise with healthcare compliance and consumer empathy.

The role will be overseeing social media, paid media, SEO, web, and CRM.Will work closely with the Dir of HCP marketing to ensure a consistent brand message and story is represented in all channels

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing roadmap aligned with business goals and patient journeys.
• Own performance marketing channels (paid search, display, social, retargeting) with a focus on ROI and conversion.
• Lead SEO strategy, content optimization, and technical improvements to increase organic visibility.
• Define KPIs and dashboards to monitor campaign performance, attribution, and funnel health.
• Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker) to inform decisions and uncover insights.
• Oversee website strategy, UX, and CRO initiatives to improve engagement and lead generation.
• Ensure digital properties are mobile-optimized, accessible, and HIPAA-compliant.
• Lead email, SMS, and marketing automation strategies to nurture leads and improve retention.
• Segment audiences by condition, behavior, and demographics for targeted outreach.

• 7–10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in healthcare, health tech, or regulated industries (e.g., HIPAA, FDA, CMS).
• Deep expertise in paid media, SEO, web analytics, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot).
• Strong understanding of patient acquisition funnels, digital attribution, and omnichannel strategy.
• Experience managing websites, CMS platforms (e.g., Word Press, Sitecore), and CRO tools.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
