Description
Job Summary: The Corporate Human Resources Manager manages, develops, implements, and coordinates the Human Resources functions in tandem with the Director of HR for the Titan specialty division. These responsibilities include assisting in developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, enforcing policies and procedures, and HR administrative tasks including payroll and audit compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, mid-level experience with HR, and the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Required
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience required. SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus
- Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Paycom is a plus.
