Overview
Looking for a strong Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support hiring across multiple business functions. This role is ideal for someone who is metrics‑driven, process‑focused, and an outstanding collaborator with proven full‑cycle recruiting experience.
What You’ll Do- Partner with business units and HR teams to meet hiring goals
- Advise leaders on staffing processes, policies, and best practices
- Work cross‑functionally on hiring strategies and headcount planning
- Translate workforce plans into effective, creative recruiting strategies
- Educate teams on recruiting practices and interviewing expectations
- Maintain ATS data integrity and ensure compliance with all policies/laws
- Support new HR program development and implementation
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Handle other related duties as needed
- Full-cycle recruiting experience (sourcing, evaluation, interviewing, onboarding)
- Experience with ATS and talent acquisition tech (Workday preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
3–5 years recruiting in staffing and/or corporate settings; technical/professional recruiting a plus
