Concierge Events Planner – In‑Out Burger
Job OverviewJoin our team at In‑Out Burger as a full‑time Concierge Events Planner on the Concierge Events team, currently located in Baldwin Park, CA, with relocation to Franklin, TN in summer 2026.
Key Responsibilities- Provide concierge, white‑glove level service in planning and on‑site/off‑site execution.
- Research and coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring accurate flights, car rentals, and overnight accommodations, and communicate itineraries and instructions in a timely manner.
- Analyze services provided by various vendors and recommend improvements.
- Problem‑solve and make decisions using policies, procedures, and business plans under the guidance of the Concierge Manager.
- Plan 50+ events per year with the Concierge Events Team.
- Collaborate with Events Teams and cross‑functional teams to achieve high‑quality events.
- Provide on‑site event support (weekday & weekend) – required.
- Research destinations, locations, and points of interest including resorts, hotels, campsites, and activities.
- Create trip presentations, itineraries, travel documents, and operations plans in collaboration with the Concierge Manager.
- Handle and manage multiple expense reports.
- Track administrative details: logistics, flight & travel logs, digital itineraries, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, or Business Administration preferred; and/or 5+ years experience as an Event Planner, Executive Personal Assistant, or Concierge Travel Planner required.
- Polished verbal and written communication, analytical problem‑solving, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, excellent follow‑through, and strong communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills for handling VIP/Executive Family members who require high‑touch reservation assistance.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 30‑40% of the year.
- Software proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and O365; experience with Concur, Asana, Saber preferred.
Full‑time, exempt. Pay range $89,000–$100,000, based on experience and other factors. Office location: currently Baldwin Park, CA, relocating to Franklin, TN in summer 2026. Office hours Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm. Nights, weekends, and holidays required. 30‑40% travel, including domestic and international stays. On‑call availability for travel changes and modifications. Physical Requirements- Must stand and walk for long periods during events.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Must work a variety of hours to accommodate events.
In‑Out Burger plans to consolidate its west‑coast headquarters in Baldwin Park, CA by the end of 2029, closing the Irvine office and centralizing operations. Newly hired associates at the Irvine location will be eligible to relocate to Tennessee with assistance or work remotely from Baldwin Park when the new headquarters opens in 2029.
