We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote a positive work environment and enhance team performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences.

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
