• Provide psychotherapy services to older adults in long-term care settings
• Conduct clinical assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop individualized treatment plans
• Support emotional well‑being and quality of life for aging populations

• Completed program and active licensure as an LPC, LMHC, or LMFT
• Ability to practice and bill independently
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills
• Genuine passion for working with older adult populations
