• Full-Time
• Weekends only
• Day and Night Shifts Available:
  • Day shift: 6am-6pm
  • Night shift: 6pm-6am

• Assist residents with performance of activities, simple treatments, and emotional health and/or problem behavioral issues as indicated in service plans.
• Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of current resident needs and preferences, as well as successful service approaches.
• Observe and report resident problems to LPN (if on duty) or Medication Tech/Aid.
• Attend and participate in onboarding, annual and in-service training and team member meetings, as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain any certification as required by state or provincial regulations.
• Meet state or provincial health related requirements.
