How you make a difference

We are seeking a dynamic and successful problem solver to fill the Enterprise Senior Project Manager role within our industry‑leading Healthcare practice. This leader will leverage exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail to drive project execution across multiple portfolios while aligning business and technical stakeholders on key initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity, a strong ability to grasp business concepts quickly, and professional poise necessary to achieve business‑focused benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Alignment & Communication – Assists executive leadership in communicating strategy, prioritizing enterprise projects, and aligning initiatives with business goals.
  • Project Oversight & Execution – Manages the project demand pipeline, oversees schedules and milestones, and ensures engagement of appropriate resources for successful delivery.
  • Financial & Risk Management – Conducts cost analysis, develops budgets with Finance, tracks expenditures, and assesses risks to provide mitigation recommendations.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination – Keeps project and executive leaders informed, removes roadblocks, and acts as a liaison to manage vendor relationships.
  • Team Leadership & Decision‑Making – Creates effective presentations, delegates work based on expertise, and ensures project teams are aligned to achieve strategic objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements Education
  • Bachelor’s degree
Experience
  • At least 8-10 years of consulting, program, and change management experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge and experience of multiple project methodologies preferred.
Licenses/Certifications
  • PMP certification
