The Village of Kairos, an adherent DBT private practice located in Franklin, is currently hiring pre-licensed, temp-licensed, or fully licensed clinicians for W-2 employment and 1099 positions. We are seeking therapists who are passionate about comprehensive DBT and trauma therapy and are interested in working with clients referred for DBT and our family model.

We offer DBT and sensorimotor psychotherapy training with Dr. Eboni Webb, a licensed psychologist, certified DBT trainer, and national presenter.

Clinicians should have experience with trauma-informed care, strong case management skills, and a collaborative approach to clinical work. DBT experience is preferred but not required.

Our client population includes referrals for Cluster B traits, emotional dysregulation, self-injury, and SI, along with a broad mix of presenting concerns. We work to ensure caseloads are balanced and manageable.

Daily, weekly, and monthly office space rentals are also available for clinicians interested in bringing their own caseload while receiving referrals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on behavioral health needs.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services, including crisis intervention and trauma response.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate medical records while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical research to enhance therapeutic techniques and patient care.

Pay: $72.00 - $112.00 per hour
