• $20-$31 an hour not including Cash Tips. Please review breakdown of average listed below!
• $12.50 at 6 months
• $13.00 at 18 months
• 10% Commission on Product/Tool Sales/Locks & Mane Extensions Sales
• Products/Tools range from $14-$295
• 20% Commission on Add-on Services
• Something as simple as a $15 Service to one of our $25 Premium Services
• $5 or $10 Commission on Membership Sales
• Barfly Single or Barfly Double

• Work a weekly weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
• Must work the eve of holidays (Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving Eve, New Years Eve)
• Must work Valentines Day
• Must work CMA Fest week (June)
• Must work CMA Awards (November)
• Must work a minimum of 2 shifts per week
• A current and valid Cosmetology, Braider or barber's license for the state of TN
• Ability to work with and be a part of a team
• A desire to be a part of an inclusive and supportive team where everyone is free to be themselves!
