Outpatient Imaging Affiliates (OIA)

OIA, an owner and operator of over 60 outpatient imaging center locations in 19 states, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our Corporate Finance Team. The Finance Manager will manage financial planning and analysis, provide insights to drive results, and ensure operational efficiency across the organization. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance and working closely with senior leadership, the role partners with operations, sales & marketing, and other business functions to integrate finance and support company goals.

Responsibilities include maintaining, developing, and presenting financial management reports and models, supporting budgeting and forecasting, leading preparation of materials for the Board of Directors, and guiding projects from conception through implementation.

Responsibilities Include
  • Lead an FP&A team that creates proactive working partnerships with budget owners to ensure financial discipline in operations.
  • Perform/supervise timely financial analytics for monthly close, performance, and budgeting/planning for all divisions and joint ventures.
  • Develop annual budgets for all business partners and corporate functions and ongoing forecasts to ensure target achievement.
  • Maintain financial performance by monitoring metrics, analyzing trends, providing budget variance feedback, and driving accountability.
  • Oversee capital planning, including business case development for CAPEX and investment, and disciplined working‑capital management.
  • Motivate and develop a team of senior analysts, providing guidance, training, performance reviews, and conflict management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial reporting and analytics.
  • Partner with accounting/finance staff to ensure timely and accurate accruals/entries for monthly close.
  • Lead development of and ensure adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and overall control environment (support annual audit).
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required.
  • 4–8 years progressive finance/accounting experience (preferably healthcare services).
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle systems (EPM, ERP) highly preferred.
  • Experience in private‑equity‑backed companies is a plus.
  • Strong financial analysis skills; proficient in complex data sources, modeling, and multi‑year projections.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and healthcare revenue cycle accounting preferred.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Team leadership, development and process implementation experience.
  • Understanding of system and business processes and healthcare financial issues.
  • Knowledge of KPI metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills.
