Financial Advisor Training & Enablement Manager
Our client located in Franklin, TN is seeking a Financial Advisor Training & Enablement Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a dynamic team in the financial services industry! This opportunity is permanent, with an in-office schedule.
Responsibilities- Training and coaching entry-level Financial Advisors
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing improvement plans
- Tracking Advisor's activity and production
- Building and updating sales processes
- Managing lead generation and follow up effectiveness
- Elevating all Advisor performance by providing ongoing training and guidance
- Act as a strategic partner to Advisors
- Providing feedback to leadership
- Participating in recruiting and hiring
- 7 years of experience working in a financial organization in a sales, financial advisor, or training role
- Experience in the financial services and wealth management industry REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of the role of a Wealth Advisor and what this role takes to be successful
- Strong coaching experience required
- CFP certification ideal
- Experience building a book of business
- Experienced pulling analytics and tracking metrics
- Seeking someone with a passion for continuous improvement
- Experience working with CRM platforms or fintech softwares is ideal
