CFO

Description We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to oversee the financial operations and strategy of our organization based in Franklin, Tennessee. This leadership role is vital in ensuring fiscal stability, driving long-term planning, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the executive team to shape organizational goals and policies while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and accountability.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and auditing, to align with short- and long-term business objectives.

- Develop and implement financial strategies that address risk management, investments, and long-term organizational planning.

- Oversee the preparation and distribution of accurate monthly and annual financial reports for stakeholders, including the Board of Directors.

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws as well as financial regulations.

- Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team, fostering growth and a culture of high performance.

- Provide data-driven insights to support executive-level decision-making and strategic planning.

- Uphold ethical standards in all financial practices and transactions.

- Represent the organization at industry events and build strong relationships.

- Monitor and analyze financial statements to identify trends and optimize financial performance.

- Collaborate with business banking partners to manage organizational financial assets effectively. Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

- Certifications such as CPA or CFA are strongly preferred.

- At least 8+ years of financial management experience with a proven track record.

- Advanced skills in data analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling.

- Proficiency in financial management software and Office tools.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.

- Demonstrated expertise in preparing and analyzing financial statements.

- Commitment to ethical practices and maintaining high standards of integrity.
