Responsibilities:

• Create Civil Plan sheets and calculations during the planning, design, and construction phases of various projects.
• Coordinate and manage multiple work tasks and projects.
• Provide prompt and accurate status reports on a regular and consistent basis to supervisor and project team members.
• Review quality of work prior to any formal document issue.
• Meet or beat deliverable timelines.
• Complete accurate and timely project time sheets accounting for time spent on each project.

Education and Training:

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Holds a current EIT license or will pass within the first 6 months of employment.
• 1-2 years of relevant engineering experience highly preferred.

Required Skills:

• Ability to create and modify AutoCAD Civil 3D files.
• Ability to produce a full set of civil construction documents.
• Effective verbal and graphic communication skills.
• Effective organizational and collaborative skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• Experience working with cities, municipalities and counties or civil land development/subdivision experience highly preferred.
