This is a full-time hybrid position based in Franklin, TN, offering the flexibility to work partially from home. As a Mechanical Engineer at Insight Engineering, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and improving mechanical systems for use in various building types and industries. Daily tasks include performing computer-aided design (CAD) work, engaging in project management, contributing to research and development initiatives, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.

• Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering principles and Machine Design
• Expertise in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for designing mechanical systems and components
• Experience in Project Management, including coordination, timelines, and budget adherence
• Strong skillset in Research and Development (R&D) to innovate and improve engineering solutions
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of sustainable engineering practices is a plus
