We are seeking a full-time PE licensed
** Project Manager, Site Development
** based in our Franklin office. This position will lead the project design, client communication, permitting, and management on a wide range of commercial development projects. The Project Manager will collaborate in-house with other civil engineers, landscape architects, and land surveyors to assist our clients in developing public, private, and mixed-use projects.
** Responsibilities
* ** Lead and actively participate in the design, plan production and permitting for land development projects.
* Lead and mentor a group of technical professionals – engineers and technical support- to serve our clients well
* Engage in the proposal and client agreement development and execution
* Develop trusting professional relationships with clients, public agency officials and community leaders
* Be respectful of client time-lines through effective coordination of project tasks, budgets and schedules
* Champion the professional development of each member of a project team according to each member’s individual goals and career path
* Seek guidance from other leaders; be open to suggestions in various aspects of project management
* Actively participate in professional associations and civic organizations
* Additional related duties as needed
** Requirements
* ** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
* Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
* 5+ years of experience in site design, planning, and project management
* Extensive knowledge of design and construction practices which, by passing on that knowledge to others will aid in your success
* Proven ability to effectively and respectfully communicate, both oral and written skills, with all level of employees
* There may be times when working overtime is necessary
