Preschool Assistant Teacher

Summary

This is a full-time salaried position start immediately. The Assistant Teacher will support the Lead Teacher in delivering high-quality, developmentally appropriate instruction. We are seeking caring, energetic, and dependable individuals to join our preschool classroom serving children ages 4 & 5. This is a 40-hour per week role, with the option to select one of the following schedules:

• Monday – Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

• Assist the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson implementation
• Support project-based learning experiences and hands-on exploration
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for all children
• Help with classroom organization, materials preparation, and supervision
• Model positive interactions, empathy, and respect

• Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Must meet state requirements for Assistant Teacher roles
• Must successfully clear all required background and fingerprint checks
• Passion for early learning, collaboration, and supporting young children’s development
