In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budgets. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help develop personalized travel itineraries. Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, preparing travel documentation, and maintaining organized planning records.
You will also assist clients with itinerary adjustments, confirmations, and documentation needs before, during, and after travel when necessary. This role focuses on delivering dependable service while ensuring travel arrangements are handled with accuracy and care.
