Communications Officer – Dispatcher
Shift: Second Shift 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm or Third Shift 11:00 pm – 7:00 am.
Salary: $24.18 per hour.
ResponsibilitiesCommunication Officer can at times be a stressful position. Handling radio communications, gathering, retaining and forwarding information, simultaneously inputting information into the computer system while working closely with other communications officers are keys to being successful at this position.
Requirements- Flexible schedule.
- Average or better typing and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to communicate with the public.
- Willingness to learn and take constructive criticism.
- Law enforcement dispatch experience will be noted.
