The Concierge acts as the first point of contact at the community for customers through telephone or in-person interactions. This role provides exemplary customer service in a friendly and professional manner, greets visitors, addresses questions or concerns of prospective or current residents and families, and supports sales, marketing, and the business office. Pays attention to details and uses creativity to create positive experiences with current and prospective residents by managing the lobby experience for all visitors.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have six months of experience in a receptionist role or similar function.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to communicate verbally in person and over the phone.
