Qualifications- 10+ years as a Superintendent
- Proven track record of successfully completing healthcare projects is required!
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent field is a plus
- Implements, maintains, and enforces safety procedures
- Understands project plans and specifications and conducts job site operations in compliance with contract
- Conducts required meetings and produces necessary documents
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients, sub‑contractors, agencies and employees
