Commercial Project Manager

Our Commercial/Industrial GC is looking to discuss a position with an experienced construction Project Manager in the Middle-TN area.

They are an Industrial/Commercial GC located in the Franklin area and have over a 5 decades of reputable work experience building some of the most essential commercial structures in Nashville (& other locations they cover).

• Must have 5+ years of experience in industrial / commercial construction for a General Contractor.
• Bachelors degree required with relevant ( Construction Management/Architectural Degrees)
• No required software experience- open to all formats as training will be provided.
• Local candidates only - will not compensate for relocation.

The Project Manager will work with the PX & VP on the entire construction process from Preconstruction through final completion.

The PM works with the precon estimator’s and is responsible for the financial success of the project from beginning to completion. The PM is one of the main points of contact for the owner during this time period and coordinates with the PX for client satisfaction.

• General Construction(GC) experience within New Commercial/Industrial projects.
• Lead PM experience for at least 5 years (or 5+ projects start to finish).
• Indepth knowledge/experience with writing contracts and scopes for all subs/vendors on each project.
• Recognize the main objective for each project is that its success is measured by client satisfaction, budget maintenance, profitability, and schedule adherence.
• Some proficiency in writing scopes of work into subcontract exhibits.
• Ability to create a CPM schedule and modify it according to the needs of the project.
• Experienced in the art of scheduling to ensure project delivery.

Compensation: $200,000 per year
