Project Superintendent

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Superintendent located in TN. The Project Superintendent will oversee daily operations on construction sites, including managing and coordinating subcontractors and ensuring that projects remain on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring quality control and construction safety protocols, resolving project-related issues, and ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.

• Supervisory Skills and experience in managing construction teams
• Strong background in Commercial Construction
• Experience in Quality Control and Construction Safety
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to solve problems and make critical decisions on-site
• Relevant certifications in construction management are a plus
• Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
