Account Manager

Inside Account Manager (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Franklin, TN (100% onsite, 5 days/week)

Schedule: Full-time (8:00am-5:00pm preferred)

Pay: $25-28/hour + commissions

Start: ASAP

• Manage a portfolio of existing and dormant customer accounts (no cold prospecting)
• Re-engage inactive customers and drive account growth opportunities
• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach and relationship-building calls
• Serve as the main point of contact and resolve customer needs/issues
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with internal teams
• Track all activity and maintain accurate notes in CRM/ERP systems

• 2-3 years customer-facing or account management experience (B2B preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Comfortable with frequent outbound calling and managing a large book of business
• CRM experience and proactive, team-oriented mindset
