• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicle issues with precision and efficiency

• Collaborate with service advisors and service manager to ensure accurate repair plans

• Provide labor and time estimates for service jobs

• Run all appropriate test plans and follow proper repair procedures for warranty repairs. (providing labor operations/times)

• Document completed work with clarity and thoroughness

• Maintain and follow all safety and vehicle care standards

• Mentor and support apprentice technicians as needed

• Stay current on technical bulletins, factory updates, and training requirements

• Experience with VW, Audi, or other European brands strongly preferred

• Solid diagnostic skills, technical ability, and a strong work ethic

• Valid driver’s license

• High school diploma or GED; manufacturer training is a plus
