Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator
. The HR Coordinator is a resource for Generalists, Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Development professionals. This role may assist with handling highly sensitive files and reporting, manage calendars, and assist with planning internal trainings, etc.


** This is a Seasonal position for 180 days**

This position pays $22.00 - $24.00 / hour and is located at our Franklin Administrative office at 284 Mallory Station Road Franklin, TN 37064.

Schedule:

  • Sunday OFF
  • Monday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Tuesday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Wednesday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Saturday OFF
Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter data into Workday for new hires
  • Assist with the review of timesheets and prepare reporting regarding hours/overtime
  • Monitors reports in Dayforce:
    Meal and Rest, Overtime and under Hours, Schedules, Pay Summary, Actual Hours, Unpair clocks
  • Monitor one‑on‑one completion and tracking
  • Maintain employee files and logs
  • Run pre‑employment/promotion background checks
  • Email, schedule, tracking, order lunch, and coordinate for regional trainings, orientations, MQI, and engagement efforts
  • Provide administrative assistance to HR employees
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned
  • Managing distribution lists, Employee Milestone lists, email training calendars
  • Monitor My Success Training Completion
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year prior in a fast‑paced administrative office environment.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Apart from religious observation, must be able to work the following shift:
    Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
