Summary

Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Assist in the completion of the month-end process.
- Prepare standard month-end journal entries, including amortization of prepaid assets
- Contract reconciliations. Review monthly pools/caps in preparation for invoicing and month end close
- Prepare month end Balance Sheet recons as assigned
- Review and post GL uploads of claims, pharmacy, and credit card bills
- Prepare Insurance Expense allocations
- Assist the Controller with quarterly/annual local tax filings and annual report
- Fixed assets Maintenance
- Miscellaneous projects or reports as required by management
- Any and all other duties as assigned

REQUIRED
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
- 2+ years of related experience
- Strong Microsoft Office, Internet, and email skills
- Quick Books experience preferred
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; hands-on training
