Accounts Receivable Representative: III

Kavaliro is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative: III to support a client in Arizona.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all core functions of the accounts receivable department.
• Process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform administrative duties related to billing and payment processing.
• Record and apply customer payments and checks on a regular schedule.
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve overdue invoices and secure payments.
• Utilize accounting and invoicing software to process transactions and maintain records.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies promptly.
• Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide backup support to the accounting team as needed.
• Assist with project?based assignments within the accounting department.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with basic computer software, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem?solving abilities.

Educational requirements:

• A minimum of a high school degree with accounting experience
• A bachelor's degree in accounting may be preferred.
