Senior Accountant

Compensation: $80,000–$95,000 + Full Benefits
Location: Franklin, TN (On-site only)
Schedule: Flexible 8‑hour shifts (earliest start 7:00 AM)

This is a rare chance for an experienced accounting professional to step into a highly autonomous role with direct influence across the organization. You’ll manage the full scope of accounting operations, help modernize systems and workflows, and play a key part in supporting continued growth and scalability. This role will be fully onsite in Franklin, TN.

• Oversee all daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, monthly close, and account reconciliations
• Partner with the company’s external CPA and internal leadership on strategic and complex accounting matters
• Manage multi-state sales tax compliance and reporting (automated systems in place but requiring oversight)
• Work closely with inventory, operations, and engineering teams on COGS, cost allocations, and software categorization
• Build, document, and refine accounting processes and workflows to support ongoing expansion

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive, hands-on accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field
• Strong preference for experience in consumer products, manufacturing, or online retail (e.g., Shopify, Quick Books Online)
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional business teams
