Job Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 / year

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support overall financial accuracy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full bookkeeping function, maintaining organized financial records, and partnering with leadership to ensure smooth financial processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and account reconciliations.
- Process invoices, prepare payments, and ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions.
- Prepare and distribute customer invoices; monitor outstanding receivables and assist with collections reporting.
- Complete monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and other balance sheet accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and prepaid expenses.
- Maintain accurate electronic financial records in compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
- Support annual audit preparation and provide requested documentation.
- Monitor cash flow activity and assist with basic forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure accurate payroll processing and expense tracking.
- Support budget preparation by maintaining accurate historical financial data and reports.
- Assist with vendor management and purchasing documentation as needed.
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience.
- High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
