Building Maintenance Technician

Arbors Management is looking for a reliable Maintenance Tech to service two small, well-maintained apartment communities in Franklin and Stoneboro. Forget chasing side jobs or driving all over the state-this is steady, local work on properties that are already in good shape.

• Property Care: Handle day-to-day repairs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry).
• Turnovers: Prep units for new residents.
• Upkeep: Manage building exteriors and preventative maintenance.
• Rotation: Participate in a shared on-call schedule for emergencies.
