Job Overview: Ray Isaac Plastering LLC is seeking to hire 4 skilled Commercial Carpenters to join our Field Operations team. We are looking for experienced carpenters with expertise in metal framing, commercial construction, and related carpentry skills. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of quality craftsmanship and the ability to perform on a variety of commercial projects, including residential and government work as needed.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Perform metal framing for commercial construction projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Install wall systems, ceilings, partitions, doors, windows, and trim according to project specifications.
• Accurately measure, cut, and assemble framing and other materials.
• Operate a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow project timelines and ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Maintain quality control and craftsmanship on all carpentry work.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and project managers.
• Assist with material handling and job site setup as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial carpentry, including metal framing (willing to train the right candidate with no experience).
• Skilled in metal stud framing and related commercial carpentry techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and materials.
• Experience using a wide variety of hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work at heights and on scaffolding as required.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical ability to lift materials as needed.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• No formal education required.

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday - Friday
• Weekends and Overtime as required based on project needs

Work Location:

• On-site at various project locations in the region, with travel required based on the project's demands.
