-2 recent (specialty) Charge/Manager RN References
-Skills Checklist matching specialty
-Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics
-Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission
-RTO MUST be included at time of submission
-EMR Exp Preferred:
Cerner, experience is preferred but not required
-Current Certifications required: BLS, CPI or MOAB
-Traveler may be requested to float to Concord Hospital-Laconia, 80 Highland Street, Laconia, NH, 03246
