• As a Physical Therapist, assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients regain function.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate care and make referrals as needed.

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or Master’s in a related field with a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, or a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. Physical Therapy degree.

Posted Salary Range: USD $40.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr. Bonus: USD $10,000.00
