Warehouse Associate – Equipment Training Opportunity

Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Kelly is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support a fast‑paced distribution environment in Franklin, MA. This is a hands‑on role with opportunity for equipment training and growth for motivated, dependable candidates.

This role starts with unloading containers and trailers, sorting product, and preparing shipments.

Candidates must be comfortable performing a variety of warehouse duties and supporting the team wherever needed.

• Unload containers and trailers by hand
• Remove and sort boxes by product code
• Wrap and stage product for storage or shipment
• Maintain organization and accuracy during sorting
• Support general warehouse operations as needed
• Assist with equipment operations once trained (reach truck, order picker)

Note:

Equipment training will be provided after initial onboarding period.

• Comfortable with physical, hands‑on work
• Ability to lift and move product consistently
• Strong attention to detail when sorting by product code
• Willingness to learn and train on warehouse equipment
• Flexible and team‑oriented mindset
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
