Responsibilities:

• Reading blueprints, plans, specs and instructions
• Using hand and power tools
• Rough framing of walls, ceilings, flooring and roofs
• Finish carpentry including hanging crown moldings, installing window/door casings and
• baseboards, installing fixtures and hardware, cabinet installation
• Shoring erection, repair/replacement of patios, decks, doors, cabinets, appliances and necessary demolition
• May also include drywall, patching, and painting
• Checking the accuracy of completed work in accordance with the plans
• Other qualifications and responsibilities might arise as deemed necessary by circumstances
• Supervising crews and subs on site

Qualifications:

• Must have 5+ years carpentry experience and knowledge of remodeling Proficiency in all trades, Including; frame to finish
• Must have a strong work ethic and take pride in all work
• The ability to work efficiently without wasting materials and possessing reliable transportation and tools
• Strong communication skills
• Must possess ability to read building codes, blueprints, and drawings
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and tools of the trade required
• Must be willing to pass a criminal background check in compliance with regulations

Salary and Benefits:

• $65,000 - $75,000 per year.
