This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a skilled HVAC Technician & Installer located in Franklin, MA. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties, diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, and performing preventive maintenance. • Experience in HVAC systems troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems for installation, repair, and maintenance
• Certification in EPA and understanding of environmental safety regulations
• Ability to work effectively in on‑site environments and as part of a team
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Relevant work experience or technical training in HVAC or a related field
