Full‑Time Security Officer opportunity at a corporate client site in Franklin, MA.

• Full‑Time:
  Monday‑Friday, 12:00 AM- 8:00 AM
• Pay Rate: $18.60 per hour

• Patrol and Monitor:
  Regularly patrol the facility’s premises and monitor security cameras and alarms to ensure safety.
• Access Control:
  Manage and monitor access points, check identification badges and maintain visitor logs.
• Incident Response:
  Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies and alarms and report findings to management.
• Reporting:
  Maintain accurate logs of security activities, incidents, and observations and submit reports as required.
• Emergency Procedures:
  Follow all emergency procedures for evacuations, medical emergencies, and other critical situations.
• Safety Compliance:
  Ensure compliance with all security‑related policies, procedures, and regulations. Conduct regular checks to identify risks.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with other departments and security personnel to coordinate safety and security across the site.

• Experience:
  
  Previous security or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required.
• Skills:
  
  Strong communication, problem‑solving, observational skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Certifications:
  
  Security guard certification or related training is a plus.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to stand for extended periods, patrol the facility, and respond to emergencies.
