Overview
Blow Mold Operator 3rd Shift — 3rd Shift Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
We offer excellent benefits and competitive pay with growth opportunities. Sign on bonus of $1,500 for external candidates. Rate $20.00/hr plus $1.50/hr shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
General PurposeOperate plastic blow molding machines to ensure production of containers is made in a safe, efficient, and high-quality manner according to established company policies and procedures.
Job Duties And Responsibilities- Monitor conveyor lines for damaged bottles.
- Operate bagger and debagger stations.
- Troubleshoot and implement minor repairs of blow mold equipment.
- Train others on blow mold operations.
- Maintain open communication with other departments, management, and employees to notify of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict efficiency.
- Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOPs.
- Analyze process data and equipment performance data to improve quality, throughput, and troubleshoot.
- Utilize continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately.
- Maintain safe working conditions and compliance with all state and federal health and safety regulations.
- Follow DFA GMP and work in a manner consistent with corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.

Education And Experience- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred.
- Certification and/or license may be required during course of employment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to legibly write entries for record keeping.
- Ability to use company computer systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, and divide) in all units of measure.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
