Apply for the Manager, Mail Operations role at Postal Center International® | PCI®. The Mail Operations Manager will lead and manage the mail operations staff, ensuring coverage, time management, KPI attainment, safety, quality control, and process improvements across the organization.

Schedule2nd Shift (Monday - Fridays from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Weekends and extended hours are required.)
Duties / Responsibilities- Directly manage a workforce of 50–60 associates, utilizing labor forecasting to ensure staffing levels align with daily production targets.
- Maintain assertive and transparent communication with Supervisors and Team Leaders to ensure production goals and company updates are clearly understood.
- Lead the development of the team through targeted learning initiatives, hands‑on coaching, and mentorship.
- Track and report on production KPIs and Operational Excellence to ensure the team meets or exceeds output expectations.
- Maintain rigorous oversight of staff attendance, scheduling, and time‑off requests to ensure consistent operational coverage.
- Manages workforce and forecasts labor needs.
- Oversee all personnel‑related documentation, including coaching logs, incident reports, and performance files.
- Manages all operations, including administrative associates, in the absence of senior leadership.
- Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost‑effective way.
- Monitor production quality and execute real‑time quality controls to ensure all output meets established standards.
- Collaborates with the Site Manager to develop, improve, and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a “safety‑first” culture for all associates.
- Other duties assigned from time to time.
- Experience in management operations and leadership.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to be highly organized and to set priorities and deadlines.
- Capacity to work under pressure to meet goals and objectives.
- Ability to build trust and relationships among managers, associates, and customers.
- Minimum 5 years of operations manager experience, or equivalent experience preferably in production or manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
- Lifting requirements of up to 30–50 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to grasp, squeeze, bend, reach, and stretch to perform job duties.
- Prolonged periods of standing at workstation.
- Will be exposed to a loud noise environment.
- May be exposed to dust.
- Must be able to work overtime & weekends if needed.
$75,000 - $85,000 annually
