Perform maintenance on HVAC unit, elevators, fire and sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment;
Conduct general and preventive maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned;
Respond promptly to residents' maintenance requests;
Ensure vacant units are ready for move-in according to community standards;
