Altitude Trampoline Park in Franklin, MA is seeking an energetic, hands‑on manager to oversee daily park operations, lead team members, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑run facility while supporting revenue growth and controlling operating costs. • Supervise, coach, and motivate team members during shifts
• Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling staff
• Hold team members accountable to performance and service standards
• Address employee concerns and manage conflict professionally

• Ensure every guest has a safe, fun, and memorable visit
• Proactively engage with guests and oversee party and group events
• Handle customer concerns calmly and effectively

• Oversee day‑to‑day park operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
• Ensure the entire park is clean, organized, and well‑maintained at all times
• Maintain clean, fully stocked, and sanitary restrooms
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed consistently
• Monitor park flow, staffing levels, and guest capacity
• Properly document and respond to any incidents

• Assist in tracking daily sales and operational metrics
• Assist with budgeting, cash handling, and daily financial reporting
• Monitor inventory and control waste
• Monitor expenses and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Support local marketing efforts and community outreach initiatives

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience (entertainment, hospitality, retail, or food service preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage high‑energy, fast‑paced environments
• Experience handling customer concerns and conflict resolution
• Detail‑oriented with strong operational awareness
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
