• Support individuals with autism in the home, in the community, or in our centers
• Teach daily living skills and social skills using evidence-based treatments
• Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions
• Collaborate with clinical teams and participate in ongoing training
• Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Proactively communicate with RBTs, BCBAs, families, Executive Directors, and team members to support client needs
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned to support operations

• High-school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old (21+ if located in New Jersey)
• Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays
• Consistent, reliable transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance for in-home services
• Clean background/drug screenings and driving record
• BT:
  Ability to attend our 40-hour full-time RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire
• RBT:
  Ability to attend required paid training program
