• opening for a part time optician/optical assistant in a well established private practice in franklin, ma.

as an optician/optical sales associate in our award-winning practice, you’ll be:

• delivering exceptional customer service in collaboration with dedicated team members
• taking measurements and fitting eyeglasses for customers to help them see, look, and feel their best
• serving as a product expert for customers and team members alike
• maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere
• enjoying a paperless environment with the latest patient record keeping systems and solutions
• playing a key role in continually improving and expanding our practice offerings
• fitting and dispensing glasses
• adjusting and repairing frames
• placing orders on electronic software, vsp, eyemed, spectera and mass health systems.
• inspecting patient orders for prescription by verifying on a lensometer.
