We are seeking a talented and motivated mental health therapist that specializes in providing therapy to children, adolescents, couples, and families to join our outpatient private practice team. As an insurance-based social work organization, we understand the importance of providing high-quality care to individuals and families in need. • Provide individual therapy to children and adolescents and/or provide couples therapy and family therapy
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress
• Participate in case reviews and team meetings
• Adhere to all licensing standards

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field
• Active licensure as a LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting
• Strong clinical skills, including experience conducting assessments and providing therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Commitment to cultural competence and an inclusive workplace

• Part Time Flexible Schedule (10 client hours per week)
