• Follow recipes, measurements, quantities, and other information to ensure each menu item can be duplicated consistently.
• Participate in training, familiarize with recipes, and ensure adherence.
• Uphold standard kitchen operating procedures.
• Ensure all prep items and recipes meet standards.
• Break down prep areas at the end of each meal period and store products properly.
• Inspect food preparation and serving areas for safe, sanitary practices.
• Position, arrange, and garnish food according to recipes.
• Collect food requisitions and ensure proper stock in designated areas.
• Report product or stock needs immediately.
• Maintain knowledge of all food products and proper rotation.
• Report equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Use all kitchen equipment and cleaning products safely and according to standards.

• Pizza Cook experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Pass pre-screening and background checks.
• Ability to work various shifts, including day, swing, late-night, weekends, and holidays.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.
