- Motivate employees to reach departmental goals by reducing operational risks and minimizing costs.

* - Bachelor's degree or comparable mix of education and relevant work experience.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing setting required.
- Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal, including comfort with public speaking.
- Experienced with MS Office suite, and familiar with ERP systems
