*** ## Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence team members to work safely.* ## Demonstrated willingness to work well with others within a team environment.* ## Demonstrated ability to communicate and train effectively.* ## Ability to assess job tasks, and prioritize those tasks when conditions change.* ## Forklift certification.* ## Be mechanically inclined to use ordinary tools (wrenches, socket wrenches, Allen wrenches.
* ## Ability to read and fully understand BOM.##
** Preferred:*** ## Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.* ## Ability to follow simple oral and written instructions.* ## Able to read fractions on a ruler.##
** SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:*** ## Must be dependable.  Must have good attendance record.* ## Ability to pass written requirements in numeric, visual, verbal comp, space visualization, and work orientation.* ## Ability to work or stand for an 8-hour shift.* ## Must be willing to work overtime when needed.* ## Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.* ## Work involves continuous bending, reaching, twisting, standing and walking.
* ## Must be able to move up to 2000lbs with floor jack.* ## Climb up and down ladders.* ## General math skills.
