Manufacturing Engineer

• Develop mass‑production engineering parameters (production, quality) for new business.
• Develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing methods.
• Provide ongoing technical support to production and maintenance to ensure effective use of production equipment and tooling.
• Develop and implement countermeasures for claims, IPDs, and downtime.
• Negotiate with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange purchase of equipment, materials, and parts.
• Investigate and coordinate Kaizen activities.
• Work with management, manufacturing, corporate officials, and other staff regarding machine capabilities, production schedules, and other cost considerations to facilitate production.
• Develop necessary equipment to produce/assemble precise molded parts and guarantee the quality of the parts.
• Have understanding of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; 5‑7 years in a manufacturing/engineering environment or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge/skills for basic machine design and computer skills.
• Solid Works experience and ability to demonstrate capabilities.
• Availability for international and domestic travel.
