Qualifications and Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
- Board certification or eligibility in either emergency medicine (EM), internal medicine (IM) or family medicine (FM)
- Valid state medical license (Kentucky) or the ability to obtain one
- Bowling Green, Kentucky: 25 minutes and home to Western Kentucky University, shopping, restaurants, arts, Corvette Museum, and family events
- Nashville, Tennessee: 50 minutes and features world-class dining, live music, professional sports, top-tier airports, and endless entertainment
- Louisville, Kentucky: 1.5 hours with a thriving foodie scene, bourbon trail, waterfront parks, and the Kentucky Derby
